The company has not sold a share in a year. A year ago they had nothing...today they have a technology they say will produce between 1 and 2 million a month...The share price has been at this level without buyout pr.....so why have a fake buyout when you have only 350 million shares to sell, and 2 billion shares among the insiders...the volume on this stock doesn't make sense, the share price doesn't make sense, the buyout doesn't make sense and it is those three facts that make this intriging....something is up....and to pump and dump a stock from .0012 without any shares to sell would be odd...check mhgi, hesv, mobi,ibdv....they were all pumped and dumped....but only after a 400 percent or better rise...from the lows of monday to the high of .0024 you have a 125 percent rise...who knows were we go from here but down is the least of my worries....
