I think they were running into a sticky situation. IMO of course...but when I emailed VRNM IR back in June on the DD DOE annoucement I was told the DD phase would take 4-6 months. This would be the Oct-Dec timeframe. I believe if I am not mistaken VRNM had until sometime in Sept to get over 1.00 or face delisting? I like everyone would have loved to see the DOE news come out before the R/S, as this would have made for a higher % gain a lot quicker...but I still believe in 2-3 years if you hold this stock you will be very happy. It's changed from playing a penny stock mentality to a Big Board mentality overnight...and I believe this is what they wanted.
