INCL is good stuff with the NOW tie in with BEHL. Lets get over .001 today and then work on getting this puppy to a penny then we can talk about where its going from there.

The fact that some trading restrictions are in place makes the evidence of a large short very probable and that will also help in making this an explosive stock today.

I expect the MM's will try and hold this down so short cover can take place. Should we let them do so at this level or much higher...thats the challenge.
