Great post. Exactly as OgClip said earlier someone is trying to accumulate shares. This is the first time since I have owned LCRE, which is not long that I have seen this. So I do not think there is a precedent here. But very interesting indeed.

These ”Off Market” trades are typically used by larger investors to buy larger lots at prearranged prices without risking to drive the price upward or downward.
