From the last count I took a few months ago it was estimated then that we owned about 30 million shares of the outstanding stock. At that time our ownership was about 40% I recall.
I would guess that the percentage we own is still around 40% (if not more). I doubt that those of us that own that 40% will vote to accept a deal that does not put us in the black for the majority of us. JMO.
There are more than a few other Wavoids that own 1% or more of the company as well as Mr McCarthy. They may also see their best interests served by rejecting a 30% or even 300% premium take over bid at this stage of the company.
