Zardiw, where is there more information about the franchise setup? I don't find these details (setup fee, revenue share) on their website. How do you know this already?

Based on these numbers, $1.7 is 35% of the net, presumably the company realizes the other 65%, or approximately $5 million/unit. Those are pretty awesome numbers, if you think of the potential for how many units could be operational within a couple of years.

Please advise if you know of anyone interested in setting up a P2O site. The agreement is quite clear – the operator would pay $400,000 for initial set up. 310 is responsible for supplying equipment, permits, and training. We are locking up supply agreements. The operator would enjoy 35% of the net revenue or approximately $1.742M per site/yr based on our current information. 310 would maintain ownership of equipment at all times and will ship the catalyst via a sealed plastic container. Please advise if you know of anyone who would be interested in running P2O.
