I think it means JB wanted a trial run

at 24/7 to see what the throughput could be per drive... and it just happened that all the needed set-up (personnel, tapes, & hardware) was in place 2 days before the end of the quarter so he said...
"do it!"

And THEN he included the revenue data in the filed 10Q because it was relevant to the company filing...

as simple as that. No big conspiracy, or secret limitation on future ops! Indicative of nothing except it was something on JB's "to do" list!
