They already owe them $6k for services before BK was filed, probably for peddling the agriculture division to Chinese companies.
Now they hire them on August 18. Hmmmm, what for? Most likely an asset sale. Their specialty is intellectual property (Chemtura patents) and M&A (asset sale). Here's the obligatory profile of the law firm (makes me look smart):
