Bill has had an offer at .20 for the 5,000,000 shares and a sense that investors would hold the price at no less than .20
through this start up period.
He held out as long as posible, however, the delays and a less than stellar balance sheet may cause him to take the cash.

IMO 42m OS with cash is better than 37m OS
without operating capital.

We may get the 50 ton order out by the end of the week based on a conversation from a week ago.
