Filled all the paperwork out about 6 weeks ago for Etrade. They
were supposed to handle it, but nothing has been done yet and I
can't get a straight answer out of them.

Same here filled out paperwork 3 months ago. E-Trade says they can not get in contact with the Company so I am still waiting to proceed.
