I think CM conservatively pegged the hard start as end of this year.

David McMullen noted a timeline of 3 months for filings to become PK compliant. That was after the discussion which I followed as: (1) Accounting firm will provide a timeline report in 7-10 days, (2) Copper King will then work with them to self-audit, and (3) file in 3 months given DM's estimate.
