Ok I'd like you to answer this question.

Prior to the last 10q the company raised the AS to 1.5 billion and then to 1.8 billion..

then subsequently they lowered the OS from 1.25 billion to 722 million...

Once again your 1 and only one reason was proven wrong by a verifiable fact with spng.. How is this possible?

Seems to me you want there to be only one reason yet you ignore what is truly going on.

Actually there are two, the second is to keep the Naked Shorts in the dark as to the actual OS.

I might be totally wrong, but Authorized mean that company is authorized to print shares up to that amount? It doesn't mean that they did. If they didn't, how is it diluting? If I'm wrong, I guess I need to read more.
