All it means is that Weber and Sharan are shoveling your equity out the back door in the form of millions of newly printed convertible discounted bonds to the toxics and depositing the cash from your investment into their personal bank accounts. Just a way of purposefully misleading by phrasing a complete and total disaster to sound like some kind of positive.

To make such a misleading and prevaricating comment as "the investors are back on board" to describe the wholesale dilutionary destruction of the company by toxic funding is the equivalent of a guy having terminal cancer and someone happily announcing "his wife has made some very savvy recent investments in insurance which are bound to pay off huge in the near future". Just another sick form of baiting in the naive and unaware to invest in this scam by totally misrepresenting it. IMO.
