Since inception their dilution "rate" is less than 250,000,000 shares per year, however the share price is lower now... Hence the higher rate as of recent...

When did My Vintage Baby, Inc. go public?

In June 2007 as a public company; however it started in 2003 out of Jessica’s dining room and a friend’s garage. (Updated 10/08))

On the other hand, they've also been reducing their expenses/overhead as of recent and with 5 new companies product lines being ushered through their established retail base, with no additional expenses/overhead (design/production/inventory), this increase in sales should offset the dilution at a lower share price.

PS: Keep in mind that companies go public for the sole reason of raising funds via equity... The astute investor looks at the accomplishments from the $$$ raised, not the fact that they needed funds... I see no pocket lining greed here.
