I lived in Edinburgh Scotland as a young man and took on the taste for decent beer, so much so that I had to have it when I got back here. Began brewing at home crushing my own malt and sourcing English hops, had a nice little system going with hot and cold breaks on the wort using jerry-rigged materials and equipment. Got fat on five gallons of great homebrew a week.
