Unless you are in the industry you never know the truth. I have worked in the auto industry and they can be partnered with you and at the same time they are working with another supplier secretly that wins the business. I was involved in one of those deals so it does not 100% guarantee the partnering is solid. EDS have done all of the cost analysis and have all of the numbers and studies done. Sometimes they just play you. Business is brutal and I would never trust a big corporation as far as could throw them. They are whores that screw their suppliers just business not whether it is right or wrong just how the game is played.
