GST R/S is not a factor at all. They wanted to attract institutional investors who usually have a thumb rule of not investing on stocks under $5. But management underestimated the potential of paying all the debt. There is another deal...hint...Marcellus...on the works, and if this deal comes through, the R/S will not be needed because a 10-bagger should be visible. Read the 10K and all the PRs and you will get the gist of what's going on. If GTS divests any U.S. Assets, then we would be talking more kaching the Aussi deal because the U.S. assets are in production mode and we could even be talking a 20-bagger IMO.
