Of course your assumption that there will be "money to give back" is quite speculative in and of itself, IMHO.
As for jail, suffice it say that I don't think anyone has to worry about that here, but if the SEC comes after anyone, I think those who bought based on what they read on this MB will not be on the list. I'm sure the SEC has some thoughts about those folks, but "criminal" is probably not the word they use, IMHO.
