We can add that the utilities are under government mandate to reduce carbon emissions regardless of the expense. The Axis ballast greatly reduces "wasteful energy" and the utilities with deep pockets can easily finance the transaction. Axis is in position and should shortly give us longs a lot to cheer about. It has been a long wait and much abuse from the bashers but in my opinion Axis is about to "bust out"
