Good that you cleared that up for some who may not understand the operator/partner relationship in petroleum exploration projects.

My question was more rhetorical in nature, though. Simply pointing out that Ntephe chose not to mention Anadarko by name when speaking of the Bl 3 operator. I'm sure I know why.
