Forst of all I am very familiar with what a first right of refusal is. I may be just a little optimistic but I have to believe that galloway had infact exercised right and completed the deal. As I mentioned before I have been involved with other O & G deals and a small player will be held to silence as long as the majority player says, In this case that would be Dominus. they certainly have had some things going on that thye might want to keep the results of this well a secret. Until I am able to prove wrong doing or I am going to sit tight and see where this plays out
