I don't know how many times people on this board have to explain to you that the 10K has 90 days to be filed as opposed to the 45 for the 10Q.

Also what happened to you shorting the stock and making all that money last year. The posts basically rubbing it in our faces? Now to bash, and get even with other posters, you claim it needs to go up by so much for you to break even. Why not just be honest with everyone here and admit your entire posting history is based on spite?

You really shouldn't be investing in these types of companies, without the basic knowledge such as the time frames for reporting.
