Doc, can you point me to the PR you are referring to. I have gone back to look for it and all I can find is a PR about Green Certificates, not EC3 Global. This is all I could find relating to licensing fees:
In exchange for the use of the Green Globe brand, Green Certifications will pay a licensing fee to Green Globe International for use of the brand equal to a percentage of gross revenues received by Green Certifications from its clients.
And that is not guaranteed revenue unless Green Certificates is using it. Maybe they are, I have no idea.
