exactly right

and i couldnt have put it better

when a company spends more money marketing the stock than the product, thats a big huge major problem.

i have seen more prs than ads. in fact, i cant find a single ad anywhere on line. not one place.

LMAO -- ABSOLUTELY...

"But wait.... could it be that the business is really about selling shares????"

I am so happy you are aware that this is a public company! Public companies sell stock. Since they are a pink, this means they went public as a start up down here because they didn't meet the requirements of the big board.

Every stock, pink or not, goes public to sell shares and raise money to grow their company. Whether they screw it up or not is a whole different issue. Every pink sells shares. Every single one, and usually lots of 'em. When people buy a pink they are speculating on catching it at the right time and getting a great return.

With regard to starting up a dot.com biz and not marketing it... I can tell you with 100% certainty that when you create a new product in a niche, you DO NOT throw out a wham-bam-thank-you-m'am advertising campaign from the onset, you never throw out your advertising budget all in one shot for internet marketing when you have to watch your funds. Clearly they have things they need to work on, but they would be likely be test marketing different campaigns before they lauched an expensive campaign on the internet, since results from impersonal internet marketing are not always immediate. The whole business of internet marketing is repeat exposure, not to mention viral marketing and so much, much more. If want to stay simple about it and you want to talk about basic internet and/or affiliate marketing, you would know acommon saying is "the money is in the list" -- which means some of their marketing techniques may include building a contact list for significantly less of a budget, before they launch a larger campaign. They would also likely be testing campaigns for results and until they have the right formula , would stick to more personal advertisements such as radio and tv, where they can actually relate to a living person.

Creating a good marketing campaign on the internet not as simple as throwing out some ppc crap and "watching the money roll in"--if they are doing it right the better results wouldn't necessarily be immediate.

Could they be doing some things better? Probably. But I don't know why people spend so much time saving people from pink sheet stocks, it makes me laugh -- especially how people whine for more info from the company, and when they get a PR that doesn't suit them, complain about why the company pays for PRs. HAHAHA very entertaining.

Nearly all will fail whether legitimate or not. Play at your own risk. I happen to like my odds here.

Just my opinion.
