Jared has already answered all this. I believe him. I have no problem with that ridiculous lawsuit whatsoever. It scared our fellow shareholders, and many of them started selling like crazy. Such devices that bring down the stock for all kinds of self-centered reasons are well-known.

They have no deals with EESO after 12/28/2007 and to file the lawsuit march 2009 at the moment of buyout dose not seem fishy to you ?
