Not Darby, but I did see a post on the yahoo board about the subject from him. This not enough volume to be a sell-off. These are games being played by the MM's right now. The news is immiment (within in the next few days), there is a lot of interest in this report and the MM's are trying to shake loose a few shares. Will we have a big run-up after the release, I don't know, but I will tell you that with almost certainty that there will be more than 9 million shares traded.
Everything is still on track with this behavior. The stock can visit .013 (I almost expect it) to make a continuation pattern on the 60 minute (a continuation rectangle). It could also move up from here and still have a small continuation pattern (a measured bull move).
This often happens - this is an inexact endeavor reading the footprints that point to a path. Many times the larger premises and targets are supported in the shorter charts with several possibilities allowing for different intraday movements all withing the longer term premises and targets.
