last post of the day...if they had .10 buyout offer why would they stop caring about their shareholders questions? After all they fill up their inbox everyday as greedy as well as committed people raise lots of ignorant as well as legitimate questions. Coming to a stock board to answer questions seems like an efficient step...rather then responding to the same question 20-30 times. Its a good sign when a company is able to move ahead with technology and not be stuck in the "way things were done before." Of course if you are looking at EESO with jaded eyes - that are deft at finding scams - you will create/imagine/exaggerate questions and ideas to confirm your presupposition that it is such.
for people who come with a knowledge of Jared and the company, knowing they are not perfect, but that they are a legit business not bent on "scaming" people, then you find reasons to trust and believe that the company is not PRing lies, and not sending the IR guy to the chat boards....to try a desperate defense.
you see the IR guy here a bad thing...a desperate effort by a scheme to sell shares..
I see the IR guy as a good thing...an efficient step in communication, I was getting sick of seeing people copy e-mails from mark saying, "You can pass this on to Ihub" its much better to hear direct from source.
