The buyout is real. Mr Bisante has too much to lose and nothing to gain with his restricted stock for this to be not true. However, consider the buyout real and Mr. Bisante walks away with millions. If this is all BS his reputation is tarnished and he is finished in the financial world not to mention all the legal problems he will encounter.
Motive people, that is the key. The only way Bisante hits bigtime is for the buyout to go through. If not his 144 stock is worth cr-p.
My gut feeling.........this will happen and some people will make some serious money here. Another key element, follow the carbon credit trail
