Would love to see Jared PR that there is no buyout from Company X. Watch people bail, price tank, then PR a new buyout from company Y.

If the buyout doesn't go through the company wanting to do the merger might dump its 5% of shares the legally can accumulate before filing with the SEC about buyout. does that apply to pinks?
