Looks like the end of any hope that PGYC will be able to re-sell Tectane products.
My experience with these Justice Department investigations is that they take forever and the common shareholders are always left in the lurch. Neither the SEC nor Justice Departments ever return any shareholder funds lost in these scam situations.
I am trying to confirm by another party other then the CEO of PGYC.I have no doubt they have been issued but I like proof.I would think civil action is also being done.
The man has to show up before he can be served.Desantis has caused much damage to PGYC and its shareholders.
Someone said the arrest warrants want help the pps.They never been so wrong.If the right criminal action is taken along with a serious civil suit it confirms PGYC has more right then anyone ever thought regarding Tectane Technologies.
