The 300 mil are in the O/S count. No such thing as ESCROW legally. The dilution is what has taken us down. The buyout is based on the 2 billion AS count. I will bet you that we will NEVER see the O/S count back to 1.69 billion!!! Of course if a buyout then it's a moot point. I am saying if no buyout then the O/S should drop back again right??. Don't count on it.
