that is my guess as well....and the buyout PRs are designed to keep the buying interest long enough for jared, the Lees, and Malled to sell their hundreds of millions of now free trading restricted shares!!...all IMO

Well, unless you have insider information, you can't KNOW that. But I do agree, my hunch is that we are seeing a dilution of shares. I find myself thinking EESO may not be doing as well as they project, and need funds. So they gag the TA and dilute shares to get the funds.
