Although it's more than we are used to, since the total value of the shares exchanged is less than $20,000.00, it may simply be the result of some interested parties attempt to create the impression either that, the earnings results are good, or, that there is (and by implication) should be enthusiasm about the proxy proposals.

Let me remind all that even if you have already voted for the proxy proposals, you can change your vote to no up until the last day before the meeting by simply revoting. As I've stated, I'm in favor of a no vote to avoid excessive immediate dilution and a rediculously large overhang of shares that could be issued in the future.
