I don't see the words "forced out" or "fired" although with the poor company performance lately maybe it was time for him to go anyway. Still strange just before an uplisting?

Actually, he resigned because he was doing Eternal a favor getting them off the ground, and once that occurred, he went back to his full time consultation business.

Stop trying to start bad rumors ya'll....
