You might be right because it will leak out who is the buyer not officially. Also the media and TV news will help to pressure the buyer to make a decision sooner possibly. I think Quinradio is probably helping to move along the PRing of this through his contacts - that is just my guess.

Yeah, but I honestly dont expect a very large increase in the offer. At the most, I think it will be in the .2 - .25 range, but I dont think that is worth accepting either, considering the possibilities with these products.
The important thing to remember is that a large company does not want to buy another company for what its worth, because there is no immediate positive impact on the buyer. They set a range they are willing to buy it for, looking for a steal, so they can put out a positive spin in their next PR as to how much value the acqusition added to their product line immediately.
A buyer is definately going to lowball the first offer, but you know they already have a range they are willing to work with in mind. If they were willing to offer .50, there first offer would be around .25-.35 probably, not .10. Again, All IMHO only, but it just does not make sense to go THAT low if they are willing to pay that much more in the first place.

Jerle I am not here to play with pinkies, I invested in this start up company, I and many other here funded Jared's dreams, we survived 8 months of dilution, now we are seeing the rewards, Eeso is the only pinky that I invested and the only that I ever will because at the end of the year or sooner I will retire from this stock's profits.
