Dear JP1980

welcome and "don't invest more then you can afford to lose"

"Had he just PR'd the lowes information back in FEB"

He couldn't because it wasn't in the stores and everybody would expect to be able to run out in two weeks and buy it at their local store. That's why he didn't do it that way. It would have been a far greater embarrassment then it already is (not just to WNBD, but maybe more importantly to LOWES).

If you don't live in Ohio or near the zip code mentioned, you probably shouldn't be calling the store (as a customer looking to see if a product is in stock), they don't have it and won't in immediate future.

While disappointing not "on the shelf" yet, a lot of stuff happens to delay things in business. They updated the website middle of February for a plethora of reasons (Racing One, Sweepstakes, etc.) and just did it all at once; assuming they had enough contigency planned to meet expected launch month. They unfortunately missed it, I don't think on WNBD times, but more on Lowe's schedule. Hopefully this issue as some say, will be behind us sooner then later.

Regarding the 504, read my earlier posts tonight.

Today is a great day at IHUB's WNBD thread. I'm being very serious about that. Reason being is: this is like the 3rd or 4th new person to post here today. I have known for quite a while we need fresh blood in WNBD, nothing against all other shareholders, but fresh blood means more spreading of the word, more excitement, fresh eyes looking at things in a different perspective. I expect MANY new faces to buy in here from spng shortly, they know we are a ticking time bomb and they will be looking for a place to park some sponge profits into a stock with huge potential that is about to be realized. I feel like we are turning a corner right now, we are staying at .0050 to .0060 of late after heavy bid whacking in recent days, weeks and months. Whether that was company raising funds a while back or a few disgruntled shareholders, it's all good either way. Very bright days ahead, with company done raising funds for now, I see many green days ahead with or without major news, jmo.

WELCOME JP!!!

JP1980;

-There is no proof that WNBD has landed a national account with Lowe's. Other than a logo on the homepage, a blurb on the Locator page with no Lowe's locations, and memos strictly toward message board posters, it has not been announced. Imagine how many people in the investment community do not know what a WNBD CEO memo is.

-504 financing is toxic. Shares are given to financiers at a discount to market and are immediately sold to receive more shares. The current D filing IS the current 504 despite all of the speculation here. It is good that there is only a maximum of $260,690 worth of stock that can be issued on this filing. Let us use a conservative 25% discount to market (anybody holding stock should demand that the CEO tell them the ratio).

Bid .0055 = $10,000 worth of stock issued @ .004125 tomorrow = 2,424,243 shares of stock that can be sold for .0055-.006 = $4,000- $4,500 instant profit. They never hold and hope like longs.

Bid .0045 = $10,000 worth of stock issued @ .003375 = $2,962,963 shares sold back @ .0045- .005 = $4,000- $4,500 instant profit. No risk investment.

WNBD gets their $$. Financiers make huge profits every day. Longs supporting the stock maintain the flow. Shares can get cheap quickly as the lower the Bid, the more shares that must be issued. When all it costs you is shares that cost you nothing, it is a license to print money at common shareholder expense.

Welcome to the penny stock market. It is important that people remain comfortable with their investment.

Good luck.
