I would not make your argument because I would lose my relationship with the jury when IDCC had to testify how much they have spent buying shares back which would make me look like an idiot arguing economic duress. Add to that, Nok was a 3g licensee up until the end of 2006. You cannot give your opponent ammo to shoot at you.
