Napoleonville is strategically located midway between New Orleans and Baton Rouge, in a corridor already slated for major state and federal development.

Red Reef has retained the Baltimore-based architect and design firm of Whitney, Bailey, Cox and Magnani to develop a site plan for the 80 plus acre Napoleonville property as a Medical Research Center. Whitney has successfully designed and developed similar projects in the country and has knowledge and experience in the region.

The plan includes over 300,000 sq. ft of tenant research space which includes a collaborative research incubator, water bottling facility, hotel and housing, which will be added incrementally over the term of development to complement and augment state and federal government plans already in place to redevelop the region. Red Reef intends to encourage and support research for the elimination and treatment of Cystic Fibrosis in an environment conducive to and displaying art, culture and music.
