Osmo, I'm unclear how you could interpret today's trading as a "not too positive arbitration result". At least 2/3 of the volume was buying, including a block of 364,000 shares ABOVE the ask at .025 at 13:28 EST. Every trade except one (.021 at 14:56 EST) was at or above yesterday's close of .023.
MM obviously had to raise the bid to accomodate buying interest coming in.
If anything, this kind of trading indicates exactly the opposite of "not too positive".
