Frank,Not necessarily (sorry for the spelling), could be giving the impresion
the perp(cool cop term)is still unidentified and hoping will lead
to co-conspirators and a big bust. This is better than reality TV as this
is reality. Whats next? What a marketing coup if they got it all
on tape from their own cameras.
