For me it's like batting left-handed(I'm a rightie). It just don't fell right to me, be it stocks, puts or shorting the futures. For some reason I sweat more going short, were as going long in the reverse situation is like breathing. I think most people are optomisitic by nature and don't like to kick a fella when down. But I've met traders that would rather be short than long any day. Go to the QQQ RB board(it's a zoo), but the place is infested with perma-bear doom and gloomers. If I was like that all the time I would need chemical help, know what I mean? lol

i think there are a lot of shorters,but a lot
of people dont really come out public with that
info...sort of hard to tell others you're making a killing
shorting stocks that they might be losing money on...
