island..none of this is relevant until Frank confirms the a) he has signed contracts to launch to enduser (not the semantics of hard launch which we learn after means 8 hour program cycle to licensed cable companies and not endusers)...and b) the promised advertising campaign...

until either of these happens....I'm afraid all of this is just rhetoric to us right now IMO. We've been there and done that and still no enduser launch yet....so let's put out info that reflects the activity as we know it now...
