I take it the problem was that nobody could post PM's of any kind. Can't believe that one slipped through! I'd inadvertently uncommented a line that was supposed to be a comment. As such, it looked like a command to IIS, and an invalid one at that.

Sorry about that. I hated that about SI and it's embarassing to do the same here. Although the fixes do tend to happen a little quicker here.

It was happening in all scenarios. Total, 100% coding failure. I had to manually override the system using my top-secret access codes we had made just for emercencies like this.
