Cash on hand would actually not be needed. Typically a company will have a line of credit to pay for short-term operational needs. This even goes for companies with hundreds of millions in revenue. Payroll is often paid for through a line of credit.

please post business plan, on how the company will make profit, if their plan is to be profitable. they have to pay for the water, labels, advertising, bottling etc. how much cash do they have in reserve? they have to pay salaries.
