TSXminer, You, in all of your wisdom forgot to enlighten us on how the Wall Street attorneys fall into this scam.

And don't say he has legal trouble because you would need a criminal attorney for that and then if needed the criminal attorney would hire Mr. Glenn for his expertise.

It is nice to see you put so much time and thought into that post. Thank you and Scottrade for trying to save us all from ourselves. To spend that much time on a post for a stock that you consider a scam has "LOSER" written all over it!

Thanks TSXminer, do you know anything about Petro Plus? It was a Canadian diamond company that traded under the ticker symbols PPV.A. Apparently if you do a Google Groups search with the term "Petro Plus", there are numerous comments about the company being a scam. It's CEO was Urban Casavant who then resigned in October of 1996 following a quick drop in stock price. Tyler Bollum who ran a Canadian stock newsletter alleged that Urban also sold and shorted the stock as well (http://groups.google.com/groups?q=urban+casavant+petro&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&safe=off&a.... There are PR's between 1995 and 1997, that drilled the Casavant's stake in the Fort A La Corne region, only to produce no results however.

Now all of the sudden you're saying that you've known all along that the pipe has been diamondiferous but that the quality is too poor etc.. etc...

Is it not true in your own words you made room for the possibility that they may have hit a richer section of the pipe?

As for your bias on the casavants... well your objectivity is non-existent since you have been "burned" on a poor investment in the past. Y'know, you could have recouped whatever that loss was between .0001 - .0007, even if your theory was correct.

So what will your response be if (seriously, just if) better than expected results on grade and content come out?
