I wonder the same thing Worldly. They say their stock is undervalued, so why are they issuing shares? Same story as many other buyouts, its probably a bunch of BS. Notice the word "may" in their PRs. "may purchase up to" which implies may not purchase anything. lol gotta love the lawyers.
