How is no announcement of a ROO a sign of "another delay?" I don't follow the logic. Another delay would be an announcment that says the AA won't be in our blocks until 2010. Right now there is no scheduled rig other than that so "another delay" is based on a false premise.
These stocks aren't for the faint of heart. Perhaps cash will be better for some.
