Addax already has all of its credit lines established. The speaker before Craig noted tha in the North Sea drilling rigs were becoming available due to credit problems and that company expects to add rigs w/o a problem.
An ROO has already been budgeted and approved for Addax.
My feeling is that they are discusing terms with a drill rig opperator or operators.
Stay tuned.
Craig also referred to the proposed well drilling in the deep ocean Nigeria to be their "most important well".
