All I can say is,. maybe this lawsuit could be Huge..the lawyers will make a TON and maybe we will get whats left? my shares are worthless NOW,and the crimanals(hijackers) are trying to take the shell back

what exactly is a contingency agreement?

contigent upon them winning in which they would get about a third of the Award...no up front money from us,maybe some court related items minimum, or we can put down a retainer fees say 25k and a hourly rate of about $450 i think Andy mentioned ,..something I cant afford, but thats me..maybe some one out there has Big Bucks?
