Did they say the 50 million that is restricted are in the OS?

I hope you don't need them to tell you that when you can make your own conclusions from the pinksheets.com.

On PS.com, the O/S EQUALS the float.

Therefore, based on the definitions of both O/S and Float, those 50M shares CANNOT be a part of the O/S. But the company claims that there are at least 50M shares in the O/S based on the 6/24 filing on PS.com


They're horrible at keeping their lies straight.
